  9. v1.20 - Added settings for each program so that user can
  10.         configure one app. For example, one app might first
  11.         show a dialog to ask for a password, then really
  12.         show itself. Another app might take so long to 
  13.         load that TrayMinimizer wouldn't grasp its handle.
  14.         This is one done as all apps have separate settings.
  15.         It should then add more apps to TrayMinimizer's
  16.         working app list.
  17. v1.20 - Added compatibility to start application according
  18.         to start status of TrayMinimizer shortcut (normal,
  19.         minimized, maximized)
  20. v1.10 - Added a dialog box to select a program to run if none
  21.         was specified in the command line
